Postal Staff College, Islamabad is conducting a 4 weeks course on " E. COMMERCE " in January 2002 for foreign participants from Asia & Middle East. The course is fully sponsored by Economic Affairs Division, Government of Pakistan under its Technical Assistance Programme and will cover all costs like Air Travel, Tuition Fee, Living Allowance etc. Formal offer letter to 15 Postal Administrations were sent by E.Mail / Fax / Post on 8th November, 2001.
