ARRIVAL SCHEDULE

The participants will be received at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad International Airports by a representative of the Post Office department who will carry their names on play card. In case of misconnection the participants should contact the Postmaster of Post Offices located on all these Airports for assistance. The post office at Karachi Airport is open round the clock.

The Pre-Paid Ticket Advice (PTA) of the participants have been  sent to THAI AIRWAYS (Bhutan, Brunei Daraussalam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal,  & Thailand)  EMIRATES AIRLINES (Bangladesh & Maldives) and PIA (China) on 2nd January, 2002. To See PTAs numbers click on the PTA Information Link below.  Once the ticket is issued to the participants they should intimate their travel plan and arrival schedule to the College / Course Coordinator by Fax / E. Mail to arrange for their reception.

The Participants should contact the above mentioned Airline Offices in their countries for Issuances of Return Air Tickets on (Wednesday) 2nd January, 2002 and in case of any difficulty should contact Mr. Wasim Zafar Course Coordinator on:

Participants reaching Lahore (Pakistan) from Bangkok by Thai Airways Flight TG-505 will be provided hotel accommodation at Lahore for night stay by Thai Airways / Pakistan Post free of charge. A representative of Pakistan Post will receive the participants at Lahore International Airport.

Due to Bad Weather at Lahore the Arrival of Flight TG-505 from BANGKOK to LAHORE has been Delayed. The flight will now arrive at Lahore from Bangkok on Saturday 5th Jan at about 1330 Hours (Estimated). The participants will now leave LAHORE for ISLAMABAD by PIA Flight PK-388 at 1925 Hours Reaching Islamabad at 2015 Hours.

Participants from Bangladesh & Maldives will be provided air tickets for Karachi - Islamabad sector by Postmaster of Karachi Airport Office Office on Arrival at Karachi.
