I am a Central Superior
Services Officer having served the Government of Pakistan - Postal Services -
for more than Eighteen (18) years. C.S.S (Central Superior Services of Pakistan
) is an elite cadre of civil servants,
selected after an intense competition at the national level. Each Officer is
poised to play a leadership role in the federal bureaucracy and is actively
involved in the process of public policy formulation, implementation and
evaluation and management.
Working
as unit, district and divisional chief I have amassed vast experience in public
administration, training management, policy implementation and evaluation and
human resource management. Rigorous academic training, familiarity with the
cutting edge professional knowledge familiarity with the most current
professional knowledge, excellent interpersonal communication skills, extensive
experience in negotiation strategies, conflict resolution and good exposure to
cross cultural working environment enable me to offer my services as a
committed and motivated professional for any challenging job in public policy
and administration and human resource management.
